Could Elon make you a millionaireX returns?

Editor's Note: Former tech executive Jeff Brown picked Nvidia in 2016. It's up 25,155% since. He recommended Bitcoin at $240. It's up 31,219% since. And he's been ahead of the curve on Elon Musk's businesses for over a decade. In fact, he was one of the first to predict SpaceX's IPO. But today, he says this goes beyond SpaceX. Elon is building something even bigger. And you can get in right now, on the ground floor. Click here for the details or read more below.

Dear Reader,

Imagine having an AI agent…

Whose only job is to generate stock market profits, over and over again.

While you sleep…

While you golf…

While you spend time with your grandkids…

It could be making money in the background.

Your dream retirement — automated...

The AI agent generates the profits for you.

Well, this is no longer a science fiction fantasy…

Elon Musk thinks he’s pulled it off.

In the short term, Musk has said it’s “not impossible” to see his AI agent return 70 times the investment.

If he’s right… just $15,000 invested in Elon Musk’s AI agent — would make you a millionaire.

You don’t need to be tech savvy at all.

Anyone can do this… young or old.

You won’t have to program anything or even download an app or anything like that.

It requires just one simple move by you.

And Musk’s AI agent does the rest.

You set how much you want to invest.

It could be as little as $100…

And you can sell and cash out, any time you want.

Now here’s what’s even better:

You can sign up for Musk’s AI agent today.

Former tech executive Jeff Brown will walk you through it.

He’ll even give you a live demo of Musk’s new AI agent.

Regards,

Chris Hurt

Why Rare Earth Math Doesn't Work

Domestic factories arrive a full year after the deadlines do.

The United States uses about 48,000 metric tons of rare earth magnets each year. It makes about 300 tons domestically. That is less than 1% of what it needs.

Two policy deadlines are closing in on that gap. China's suspension of its rare earth export controls expires November 10, 2026. The Pentagon's ban on Chinese-sourced magnets in defense systems takes effect January 1, 2027. The factories meant to close the gap do not reach scale until 2028.

This is not a forecast. It is a calendar.

The Big Idea

Three forces are converging on one timeline. China controls when rare earth magnets can leave its borders. The Pentagon controls which magnets can enter American weapons. Domestic factories control how fast new supply comes online. The first two forces activate in late 2026 and early 2027. The third arrives a year later.

Flying Cars Always Sounded Like Hype. Until Now.

Be honest. "Flying car" sounds like something from a late-night infomercial.

That's exactly why most people will scroll right past this.

And that's exactly why the ones who don't could be early.

Here's what Doroni Aerospace has actually done:

  • Flown the H1-X 70+ times with a person on board

  • Pulled off one of the first manned personal eVTOL test flights in the U.S.

  • Earned an FAA Special Airworthiness Certificate for prototype testing

  • Built a full-scale showroom model

  • Filed 8 patents

See the proof for yourself.

Now look at who's lining up.

600+ people have already put in pre-orders. That's more than $240 million in potential revenue before a single delivery.

16,500+ investors have put in over $45 million.

The aircraft itself is two seats, fully electric, takes off vertically and charges at home.

It's targeting 120 MPH, up to 100 miles of range, and only about 25 hours of pilot training with SOUL AI™ pilot assistance.

Deliveries are still a target, not a promise.

But the progress so far is real, and it's on the record.

Flying Cars Always Sounded Like Hype. Until Now.

You can look at it now at $3.30 a share, or after everyone else catches on.

The minimum is $1,003.20, with up to 20% bonus shares for qualified investments.

The Two Clocks

China processes about 90% of the world's rare earths. It makes 94% of the magnets from them. The magnets that matter here are NdFeB, short for neodymium-iron-boron. They are the strongest permanent magnets available. They go in F-35 jets, electric motors, and missile guidance systems.

In November 2025, China's Ministry of Commerce suspended its rare earth export controls. Even with the suspension, every shipment leaving China needs a government license. The suspension expires November 10, 2026. That is the first clock.

The second clock is a Pentagon procurement rule called DFARS. It bans Chinese-sourced magnets from covered defense systems starting January 1, 2027. The ban covers any system where any stage of the supply chain touched China. That includes 78% of Pentagon programs: the F-35, nuclear submarines, and Tomahawk missiles.

Between those two dates sits the trade truce. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent announced an extension in September 2026 to January 10, 2027. The Financial Times had reported expectations of a six-month window. The extension was two months. The Ministry of Commerce statement did not mention rare earths. That means the suspension's November 10 expiration was not addressed in the truce language.

Observation: Both clocks point to the same 60-day window between November 10, 2026 and January 10, 2027.
Interpretation: The system faces two supply constraints at once. One controls whether Chinese magnets can leave. The other controls whether they can arrive.

The Factory Floor

Three companies are building domestic NdFeB capacity. All three are real. None close the gap in time.

MP Materials is the largest. It opened a Fort Worth plant in December 2025 with about 1,000 tons of annual capacity. Its 7,000-ton plant in Northlake, Texas, is not scheduled until 2028.

Two smaller producers are scaling alongside it. USA Rare Earth began production in Stillwater, Oklahoma in January 2025. It targets 600 tons by year-end and 1,200 by Q1 2027. Its bigger plant in South Carolina is also a 2028 project. Noveon Magnetics is the only domestic producer running full-scale NdFeB output now. It closed a $215 million round in January 2026 to expand beyond 2,000 tons per year.

Add them up. Roughly 5,000 tons by late 2026. Demand is 48,000 tons. That is a 43,000-ton gap. The plants that change the ratio arrive in 2028. The deadlines arrive twelve months earlier.

Observation: Combined domestic NdFeB capacity reaches roughly 5,000 tons by late 2026 against 48,000 tons of annual demand.
Interpretation: Even under optimistic timelines, domestic supply covers about 10% of demand when the policy deadlines hit.

The Pressure Signal

The DFARS deadline has already been pushed back once. It was set for 2026. The Pentagon moved it to 2027 because capacity was not ready. That delay is itself evidence of the gap.

Defense contractors are lobbying the Trump administration for another postponement. The Financial Times reported this in May 2026. The math explains why. Heavy rare earths are the rarer, harder-to-process elements in the group. They go into magnets that must work at extreme temperatures. Jet engines and missile guidance systems need them. The Pentagon's annual demand runs at about 100 tons. Qualifying supply sits at 20 tons.

A two-month truce extension, instead of six, sends a similar signal. It is not a resolution. It is a placeholder. The parties responsible for compliance are pushing to change the rule. The gap between the rule and reality is structural.

Observation: Defense contractors are lobbying for a second DFARS delay. The Pentagon has 20 tons of qualifying heavy rare earth supply against 100 tons of demand.
Interpretation: The actors closest to the deadline are behaving as though it cannot hold.

Quick Hits

  • The US produces roughly 300 tons of NdFeB magnets against 48,000 tons of annual demand.

  • China processes 90% of global rare earths and makes 94% of rare earth magnets.

  • China's export control suspension expires November 10, 2026.

  • The DFARS mine-to-magnet ban takes effect January 1, 2027.

  • The US-China trade truce was extended by two months to January 10, 2027.

  • Domestic magnet capacity may reach 5,000 tons by late 2026. The gap is 43,000 tons.

  • The DFARS deadline was already delayed once, from 2026 to 2027.

What the Timeline Tells Us

Two forces compress into the same window. China's export suspension lifts in November 2026. The Pentagon's sourcing ban activates in January 2027. Both assume domestic supply can absorb the shock. The factory timelines say otherwise.

The signals worth tracking over the next 60 days are straightforward. Watch whether the DFARS deadline moves again. Watch whether Beijing renews or modifies the export control suspension before November 10. Watch China's Ministry of Commerce statements for any mention of rare earths in the truce language. Their absence so far is itself a data point.

No prediction is needed. The dates are public. The tonnages are filed. The gap between the deadlines and the factory timelines is arithmetic, not opinion.

The Map So Far

Two policy clocks converge on late 2026 and early 2027. Domestic magnet production covers about 10% of demand. The factories that change that ratio arrive in 2028.

Until next time,
